About charset
LINK1
is powered by textpattern (still testing).
Look at middle row. “USKOK – tre桠liga (tuga) s juga “
LINK2
is not powered by textpattern (old site)
Look at the bottom of the page it says “USKOK – treća liga (tuga) s juga “
I have defined “win-1250” in head of every page but I still don’t have ‘croatian’ characters like ‘čćžšđ’ on textpattern powered site.
Is there any way to fix it? The problem is not in phpbb script because, as you can see, on other version of site same scripts shows ok.
Thank you,
Ante

Re: About charset
Textpattern uses Unicode (specifically utf-8), which is capable of displaying tens of thousands of characters in almost all of the worlds languages. There is no reason to use legacy encodings like win-1250. Textpattern is not intended to work with old legacy encoding, so you will experience problems if you try to do it anyway.
You should try to convert your content to utf-8 if you intend to use textpattern. If you create content in the browser through the interface of textpattern, this will happen automatically.
