Laila (or Butterfly), anyone?

Hello,

I am working on a template called Laila, or some people call it Butterfly. Right now, it is still in progress.

But, if you want to see what it looks like, you can visit the Laila them for Textpattern site (the demo)

URL to demo: http://orangescale.com/more/demo/laila-txp/

Comments, suggestions are welcome…

Looks good, a leaner Laila from what I see.

Can’t wait to see what you have in store for it.

Re: Laila (or Butterfly), anyone?

Sorry for the long delay all…

Now, it is available for public. Some brief information:

INTRODUCTION

This theme called “Laila”.
All files in the distribution is is used for Textpattern.
The template tags, plugins, HTML and CSS has been tested in Textpattern 4.0.3

Demo and download URL: http://orangescale.com/more/demo/laila-txp/

Presentation/theme/layout and design conventions

  1. Almost all items used in the presentation (pages and forms) are using “lai_” prefix.
  2. h1 is used for the site name
  3. The theme used external stylesheet. If you want to use the internal stylesheet (put the stylesheet in the Presentation field), you can do that to. But please make sure the HTML tags in the lai_inc_meta goes call the right style.
  4. If you are installing this theme, you will have three sections: journal, about and archives. If you want to have more sections, or change the section name, make sure you modify the template (if needed).
  5. Images used are taken from Getty Images. Please give credits. If you want to change the images, please do.

Okey, if you like it, enjoy it! ;)
