... work with multiple images per article?
Yeah… the so-called “king of tag combinations” (me) is ashamed…
I dont know how to work with images in TXP!
Well, first, what I (think) already know:
you can add 1 image per article (“article image”) and call it form an article form by using txp:article_image
.
That’s easy!
Every image of every post (that have an asociated article image) appears always in the same place.
But, what if I want to use more than 1 image in one post? How is the best way to do that?
And, also, what if I want that the 2 (or more) images appear in the same place that the txp:article_image
?
Ok, I’m thinking loud in different options.
A) I can leave the article image field (in the write tab) empty and then add the relevant divs (if needed) and tags to call one or more images directly from the body of the article.
Yeah, I think that’s the way, am I right?
That is what upm_img_popper plug-in does??
B) …
Is there any tutorial about this topic?
Thanks!

Re: ... work with multiple images per article?
hak_article_image and upm_article_image (part of upm_img_popper) will allow you to use multiple images in the article Image field.
You can use a combination of the offset and limit attributes with multiple instaces of the tags to control image placement. upm_article_image will allow you to use a form to control the article_image output too. hak_article_image does something upm_article_image doesn’t do but I can’t remember what it is.
