Comment date relative do article timestamp

I’m picturing something like, if an article is posted at 12:30 and someone comments at 12:45, the comment timestamp could read like “15 minutes later”.

Would it be possible? I never saw something like that in any blog or publishing system. Mostly because probably there really isn’t much real need for that, but I imagine people would like to use to it once it’s there, in a drop-down menu. To me, at least, it’s more useful/interesting than the “15 minutes ago” setting, as it is more related to the article than to the reader.
