Submit Button now showing on comment form
I’m not sure what’s happened but on my comment form, the submit buttons are not showing up. They are in the code, but when the page is displayed they are not being rendered into the page. So no one can comment. It’s so bizarre. I have all comment options turned on and I think I’m using the default comment tags. I even copied and pasted the submit tag onto the form from the help so I know it’s correct. Everything else on the page renders fine…the entire form renders fine except the submit button.
Can anyone help me figure out what the heck is going on? I also recently upgrade to 4.0.3 (replacing all files) thinking that would help, but it didn’t make a difference, so I know that isn’t the problem. It’s driving me nuts! Please help!!

The submit button doesn’t show until you have gone into preview mode.

Look inside your form, “comment_form”. Did you remove the tags “comment_preview” and “comment_submit” from it?

Ok, I figured it out…didn’t realize that both tags (preview and submit) had to be included.
