How do I secure TXP folder
How do I secure my textpattern directory, any setting in particular. Mostly, I don’t want people to have access to my config.php file

Re: How do I secure TXP folder
Please explain what you mean. What access do people have, that you don’t want them to have?

Re: How do I secure TXP folder
Right, since config.php contains all my sql info, how do I stop someone from accessing that file

Re: How do I secure TXP folder
“someone” who? A regular user with shell access to your server? Superuser on your server? Or a web user accessing it with their browser?
The contents of config.php aren’t accessible with a browser.

Re: How do I secure TXP folder
You can test it for yourself: http://example.com/textpattern/config.php (replace with your domain, of course).
