Two installation, one users

I have installed two instances of textpattern in one database. One have not prefix and the second have en_ And I want to reuse some tables, eg. users, styles.. Is there any possibility to do this? (except triggers in mysql?)

The only way I know is to set up a cron job to copy those tables on a schedule or to manually copy the tables after everything is set up, or copy/paste from one admin interface to the other.
