Themes for the default pages and forms
I created two templates specially aimed at new users. These themes doesn’ t require changing any of the default pages and forms of a new Textpattern installation.
You just need to upload a few images and change the stylesheet.
What do you think? More templates to come if they are useful.

I’d like to know if the pull down menu is dynamically generated (as categories are created) orif it is hard coded. If it is dynamic. Can you please post the method?

It’s dynamically generated and It’s included in the default txp template! :-)

Being able to use the default forms was just what I was looking for as a Txp newbie (of course, that was over a year ago…). It’s a great way for inexperienced users to get a new look while learning how Txp works.
A big thank you, even though I’m out of that catagory now. I know I will learn even more from examining what you have done—I’ve been wanting to experiment with this kind of theme, too!
