Hello…. Well I am helping out a friend with there site….

And well I am being smashed with my bandwidth and well how can I keep the same link for the file download without messing up his link and everything???

I have torn threw about 200GB’s of bandwidth…..

I’m picturing some combination of .htaccess (to send them to a particuar page) and auto-redirect (to send them to the other site).
