Comments Form

I am having problems geting my comments form working.
URL is: http://www.33fortyfive.com/article/magnolia

When I post the comment the Name field disappears.

Also When you do the final submission it does not post the comment.

You have forgotten some tags, but right now I can’t figure which one exactly. Look at Textbook, check every step of the commenting system to see what you have missed. It’s confusing at first glance, but it will come along :)

You must use the comment_form tag and customize that tag’s form, you can’t create the form yourself.
