Maybe seeing a list of your folder structure and it´s content would help?
like:
/public_html/
index.php
.htaccess
/puclic_html/ textpattern/
/include/
/lang/
etc. etc. after you´ve made sure, you did upload and overwrite all the necessary files for the upgrade.

Thank you boys for your help, but I made a dessicion to use my old backup file, becouse have no time to keep sherching the problemm.
