Delete "category" in 4.03

When you delete an article category (i.e. “web”), the name of this deleted category shows up in the article list (I don’t know the english term, I’m using a german installation). And – what’s worth – the deleted category still effects <code><txp:if_article_category name=“web”><txp:formatted content></txp:if_article_category></code>: The content, former filed under “web” still shows up. Tested under two txp-4.03-installations with MySQL 4.1.11 and MySQL 4.0.24_Debian-10-log.
