The delete button [X] on presentation > sections doesn’t work?
If not, you can delete it with phpMyAdmin. It’s in the txp_section table.

the section itself is visible only in the dump, using the commands you posted.
it is not visible in txp itself.

meb: using Rob’s plugin, run an sql query: delete from txp_sections where name = '';.
