Theme engine requirements
Textpattern 4.0.x has no built-in support for themes.
TextBook’s Feature Requests section has a page about Themes. Currently it lists some requirements for a hypothetical Textpattern theme engine: installing, uninstalling, activating, and so on.
It could use some input from theme authors and users.
