Problems with escaping link description
When creating a link with description:
``<code>Her kan du finde tørre facts om “Den Opadstigende Drages Land”</code>’‘
I get a link like this:
``<code><a href=“http://leksikon.org/art.php?n=2946” title=“Her kan du finde tørre facts om “ den=”“ opadstigende=”“ drages=”“ land=”“>Leksikon</a>’</code>’

Re: Problems with escaping link description
That’s normal html behaviour; you need to use the html entity for double-quotes, or use single quote marks for the title= tag and double quotes for the internal title:
title=‘Her kan du finde tørre facts om “Den Opadstigende Drages Land”’

Re: Problems with escaping link description
I’m aware of that. I just think that it is a bug, that TXP does not present the text as html-entities when displaying it on the website. You can not expect the average user to know what html entities is.

Re: Problems with escaping link description
I think he’s referring to Textpattern’s content > link feature. In which case, it’s fair to expect Textpattern to handle this correctly.
