"No Search Results Found" -- How to put in?

Hi folks,

At the moment, when you run a search on my site, if there are no results found it dumps you into a blank page (with the default template). I’d like to make it so that when no results are found, it says “Sorry, no results found.” Having a blank page show up is kind of confusing for users. How can I do this?

Any help is much appreciated!
