Plugin Request: Plugin to show plugins?

Apologies if this has already been covered, but how about a plugin to show a list of installed plugins on your site? At the moment, I upkeep a list manually, but after updating to RC3, the list has grown daily.

One thing I could do is copy and paste the HTML source from the plugin page, removing the last columns for switched on etc. The information is all there – I wonder if there is any way of having a tag to output the current list?

I also wrote a plugin that displays them as a list.
