User rights

Is there a plugin available, or maybe someone like to make one for the management of user rights. I would like to have a system where you can give each user particular rights to post, edit, etc, etc.

Because I don’t like some of the standard users rights build in in textpattern.

More users with this ‘problem’?

Coming in 1.0, already available in RC3.
