Thai Localisation
Hi. I’ve translated en-gb.txt from rc3 into Thai (UTF-8 encoding) as th-th.txt

No problems so far in testing. It should go along well with the Thai date localisation.
I’m planning to build my school’s student website on Textpattern so the localisation will make it easier to understand for the staff.
Textpattern is great, lightweight, and functional.
