Automatic Image Resize & Thumbnails hack
I love this hack, but I’ve got a few questions.
1) Does it work with RC3 (or 1.0 when it’s tarballed)?
2) Would it be possible for someone who knows code (because I don’t) or the author to set it up so that it handles horizontally aligned and vertically aligned images in a like fashion?
As it is, if I set the width to 400px, it just adjusts the width, regardless of image orientation. The result is that vertical images are much larger than the others. Would it be difficult to implement rules such as:
If width is greater than or equal to height, set width to x.
If height is greater than width, set height to x.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

I’ve got the same questions too. Anybody?

Re: Automatic Image Resize & Thumbnails hack
I’ve attempted to use the hack to no avail with RC3. I get the permissions error when I try to upload images.
I love that resize hack. Unfortunately we’ll have to wait (baited breath, I know everyone is busy) for an update.
