URL-only category & section names

Textpattern takes care of the use of non-ASCII characters on article names by providing a URL-only article name option. This is essential for internationalization. In my case, trying to set up a blog in Greek, article names are 100% non-ASCII.

However, a similar measure for category and section names does not exist. How can one implement it?
