I’ve been using zem_contact_reborn plugin for many years until it stopped working about four or five years ago.

Would you have a recommendation for a contact page plugin?

The plugin is replaced by com_connect plugin that is a dev supported plugin now.

Download it on github : https://github.com/textpattern/com_connect/releases

Choose the 4.7.0.

com_connect is what you are looking for. Available here: github.com/textpattern/com_connect.

It is the successor of zem_contact_reborn. you probably only need to change some tag (and attribute) names from zem_contact_*** to com_connect_*** in your form.
