Auto resize of images when upload

I need to resize images automatically when uploading in the admin panel of Textpattern.
Please help me in this regard by using any plugin or other option.

Have you tired, smd_thumbnail plugin by Stef Dawson? In the plugin, you can check the box to resize when images are uploaded.
