Re: rc2 and 1.0

I can’t wait either. I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep.

Re: rc2 and 1.0

Congrats on the recovery Dean. No rush as far as I am concerned, I have yet to have a problem with any version since you first released it!

Good to see you’re back on your feet. Take your time with the final polishing. “That thing” can only get better, just like the wine.

Re: rc2 and 1.0

Ok, I have to agree that I prefer the better-polished final as well. It was just the excitement that took me when Dean said I might see v1 yesterday already.

And: in all the excitement I forgot to mention one thing: it’s nice to have you back, Dean. (Isn’t it amazing, how people on this forum share their commitment to this neat piece of software and what spirit of community it creates?)

I should stop refreshing this page every half hour.

Beware, beware, next comes the Master of the Servers with one of his mod_Jason modules… :)

Re: rc2 and 1.0

I believe it is after 6:00p.m. in France now. Is it reasonable to think that we probably won’t see Rev. 1.0 until Monday?

Thanks,

SP

EDIT/UPDATE: This is not a back-handed way to determine a delivery date or gripe about any perceived delays. This is an inquiry related to determining the best way to roll-out a new Txp site.

Backhanded, whatever ;)

The only person that knows for sure is Dean. If it makes you (or anyone) more at peace I will tell you that Dean has been scarce around the TextDrive watercooler this week working on it.
