I tried your advice (I now understand) but unfortunately, without any results.

I think it is due to the value of the custom field stored as a pair with a “pipe” delimiter: Broché|Ebook

This shouldn’t be a problem. But I’m not sure the plugin stores these values in textpattern table, you should check.

I checked the textpattern table and, in my case, the values are populated into the custom_4 colomn as this: Broché|eBook when a book as the 2 formats.

Sorry, not… All colomns have the same values even if I choose only one: Broché|eBook.

So, I will project to use 2 custom fields, each for a different format.

Definitely sounds like a bug. Are you using Jools’ latest version from GitHub?
