contributing to project honeypot - how to insert HTML in textpattern ?

In order to contribute to https://www.projecthoneypot.org/ I’d like to insert snippets of html in textpattern.

index.php is very PHPy so I’m not sure where I can insert HTML snippets that will be served with each page.

Yeah, don’t touch the core files in the file system!

Add content that appears on every page to your Page templates (log in to Textpattern’s back-end, then visit Presentation>Pages). There will be a number of pages there, each covering one or more of your site Sections (Presentation>Sections). Find which page represents the section(s) you want to add HTML to, then edit that Page directly and save it.

Your changes will appear immediately on the website wherever that page is used.
