minor issue with textile
Maybe textile is not meant to be used like this but I came across a minor issue with the following
"Linked text":<txp:permlink id="##" />
The permlink is parsed just fine but the quotes turn into smart ones.
With the restructuring of our site, I thought that it was best that I used permlinks in order to allow for any future changes.
This works just fine in the write pane.
==<txp:permlink id="##">Linked text</txp:permlink>==

No it’s not meant to be used like that! :) I’m surprised it worked as well as it did and only changed the quotes instead of smashing things up further. That’s testament to the focus of the regexes behind the engine, I guess.

Working to the degree that it did was what surprised me too! In fact it was ever so close to work that I thought that it might be a bug.
