global attributes in docs
I am trying to find and read about the global attributes (trim
, textile
, context
, etc) in the docs but I can not find them. Should we have a page linked from the tags in order to list them all?

Re: global attributes in docs
Morning Yiannis,
There’s the tag attribute cross-reference linked to at the top of the tag index page, though “context” isn’t listed there yet (probably just overlooked). context
is described on the the page_url tag docs.
And there’s the tag escaping page for escape="trim"
and escape="textile"
, which I always end up looking for using the search (both links are therefore in the link list on the forthcoming txp-tips relaunch).

Re: global attributes in docs
Things are changing on the docs front. I think we’ll end up removing the global attributes from the cross-reference page and include both the common presentational and global attributes on every tag page via a single “include” doc fragment.
See the section_list tag page for a preview of what things might look like. Just waiting for a bit of dust to settle and the 4.8 beta to land (hopefully today) then we can start rolling this out.
