My host wrote the following to me:
Your site has been suspended, because our system has detected sending emails via eval (mail), which is something that spammers typically use.
To avoid the problem, we recommend correcting the setup to send via SMTP.
My site is up and running again, but people can`t send emails to me via the site. Any suggestions?

I guess you are using the com_connect plugin (or its predecessor, zem_contact_reborn). Then yes that is a known issue, see here on Github, or this forum post.
Where is that emoji for a solar powered submarine when you need it ?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I`m using the com_connect plugin. Hopefully a solution will be found soon.
