What is the best way to avoid comment spammers in 4.6.2

Hi,

I have new installation of 4.6.2 and trying to find best current solution for a site that will need to have commenting on for a wide audience.

small chance, but have you tried to set “Show spam” option on?

rah_comment_spam provides a flexible spam protection.
