Category_list Question

Can someone tell me if am using tags the right way for rename category.

<txp:category_list categories="my-category"  type="article" children="0" break="" wraptag="">
<txp:category title="0" link="1" >view all items</txp:category>
</txp:category_list>

Hi,, the code does not look right to me. Check out the tag in the docs. Could you please explain slightly more on what you are trying to achieve?
