that’s what i thought.
i asked host to upgrade server to PHP 7.0. then i will update textpattrn to 4.6.2 – let’s see, what then happens. ;)

the last updates went well and looks that site working well.
one little question. diagnostic tool says:
The following PHP functions (which may be necessary to run Textpattern) are disabled on your server: pcntl_alarm, pcntl_fork, pcntl_waitpid, pcntl_wait, pcntl_wifexited, pcntl_wifstopped, pcntl_wifsignaled, pcntl_wifcontinued, pcntl_wexitstatus, pcntl_wtermsig, pcntl_wstopsig, pcntl_signal, pcntl_signal_dispatch, pcntl_get_last_error, pcntl_strerror, pcntl_sigprocmask, pcntl_sigwaitinfo, pcntl_sigtimedwait, pcntl_exec, pcntl_getpriority, pcntl_setpriority, quite a lot… are all those functions necessary to run txp properly?

I get exactly the same list on my (self) host. It just means that Process Control support hasn’t been enabled. Nothing untoward has happened to my sites as far as I can tell.
EDIT: Ruud was faster.
