primary key error

i am trying to move my a site to local host to debug. but i get this error. never had it before for similar debugging:

User_Error "Duplicate entry 'f734ac92d59e744892e7b7603bcfafb' for key 'PRIMARY'"
in /Users/bici/Sites/renew/textpattern/lib/txplib_db.php at line 409.

i can get to the login screen but i can’t move to other tabs.areas

Line 409 says: trigger_error(mysqli_error($DB->link), E_USER_ERROR);

Did you try re-installing the db?
