Error in changing avatar in forum

Hi. I can’t change my avatar, and receive an erroneous message: “The selected file was too large to upload”. I tried with a JPG image sized 168 KB and finally with another sized 61 KB (60/60 pixels). Is anything wrong?

Hi pompilos, the line below the Upload button says:

It must not be any bigger than 60 × 60 pixels and 10,240 bytes (10 KiB).

So 60 × 60 is OK, just the size of your avatar image is too large. Change the JPEG compression level or don’t use PNG, in case you did so.
