Separate toggle and save state admin pane actions
Currently (4.6-dev), every click on an appropriately formed <a /> link inside .txp-summary class toggles and saves the corresponding pane state. I think toggle and save should be separated, because some… ahem… plugins authors use .txp-summary to expand/reduce volatile elements that can be added/deleted ad infinitum. Their states do not need to be stored, but I can not see an easy core way to make them “togglable”, but not “storable”. Any ideas how to do it in a bw-compatible manner?
