Insert Image WYSWYG: TXP 4.5.5

I have also posted this question in the plugins forum, but that forum does not appear to be too active so I am hoping for more success with the general community:

Has anyone got Insert Image to work in version 4.5.5 using hak_tinymce WYSIWYG article editor — the box pops up but the wheel just spins and the fields have labels like: {xpimage_dlg.src} Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
