[textpacks] List of plugins that can be localized

I think it would be useful for translators to know what plugins have the possibility to be easily translated using textpacks.
So a translator, after finishing to update the CMS textpack, can start to translate the plugins too.

All adi_admin_side_plugins are Textpackable. Here’s a list of the current releases (with complete translations):

• adi_form_links (French, German, Polish)
• adi_image_tab (French, German, Polish)
• adi_matrix (French, Spanish)
• adi_menu (Czech, French, Polish)
• adi_notes
• adi_page_tab
• adi_prefs (French)
• adi_recent_tab (German)
• adi_scripts
• adi_search_db (French)
• adi_variables (Czech, French, Polish)

Other languages are present as well but are currently incomplete. There’s a list online.
