The Tapatalk API
Hi,
Tapatalk is an app I use in my Android (smartphone).
With Tapatalk, I can follow my favorite forums around internet. But, when I search “textpattern”, it returns nothing.
To read this forum under Tapatalk, someone needs to activate a plugin:
https://tapatalk.com/activate_tapatalk.php
The forums don’t pay to be listed in the app, it is free (=
You can read more in this link:
And here is the link to the app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quoord.tapatalkpro.activity
Alexandre.

Hi, Ruud!
The plugin is valid only for 13 kinds of forums: pfpbb, simplemachine, bvbulletin, ipboard, xenforo, mybb, kunena, bbpress, vanilla, woltlab, proboards, forums.net and APGvNEXT.
All the others forums (like FluxBB), will need to use the API.
In the footer, we read: “Not supported? Develop your own tapatalk plugin with Tapatalk API”.
With so many programmers here, this task will be easy (=

Re: The Tapatalk API
This has been an ongoing request over at the FluxBB forums for years, currently no plugin or mod exists to do this.
There is a GitHub repo of someone who is slowly writing one, though as it’s a mod it’s doubtful we’d use it on a FluxBB v1 forum (FluxBB v2 will support proper plugins when it comes out, so maybe Tapatalk is a future possibility for us – the same author also has plans for a v2 Tapatalk plugin).
