txp:authors tag

Just a question regarding the <txp:authors /> tag, which was introduced in rev5328 by Jukka. I’m using 4.6dev on TXP Tips right now to get access to the tag in the “browse by author” dropdown select list.

Is this tag going to be adopted in 4.5x or do we have to keep using 4.6dev? Thanks!

It’s only going to be in 4.6 onwards, sorry. Any updates to 4.5.x will purely be bug fixes, not feature additions.
