How do I get the Reference book?

I tried http://www.textpattern.net/wiki/index.php?title=Category:Tag_Reference&action=pdfbook but I can’t get the reference book …
Where do I get it?

I have a copy from June 2012, there’s not too much changed in the meantime. At the moment I can’t upload to TXP Resources, I’ll try again this evening.

BTW, the PDF announced there is nothing more and nothing less than an offline version of the tag reference pages. So you won’t need it with a reliable internet connection.

The problem was a file size limit on TXP Resources (the PDF is 1.3 MB), I’ve had to resort to a file hoster in the wild. There you go!
