TXP RPC Server issue?

In Diagnostics I’m getting:

There is a problem trying to connect to the RPC server. Please, try again later.

And clicking the help button, gives me:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I think it might’ve been down for a while.
