date and time of comments display wrong !
to the comment of each posted, the date and time shows like this: Û±Ûµ ÙÙاÙ

Dates are generated using your operating system’s locale files. Seemingly your active locale (that is selected based on your selected language) does not contain UTF-8 encoded data. Should your language require exotic multibyte characters, the locale must use UTF-8. In case it isn’t, you have to update the locale file.
