php book for beginners you would suggest ?

I want to learn php. I know only a tiny bit. I would like to get much better with it.

Do you, plural, have any book suggesitons for learning it ?

While I can think logically, I also prefer books that are written in clear concise text with clear examples.

So if the exampls cover large numbers of php tihngs, I’ll bel ost.

A few, say less than 10 php things, that would be fine.

Hopefully my request doesn’t cause anyone a headache.

Oh, it would have to be in English, and available in the U.S.

Although I am personally moving away from PHP to Python I own and like the following book.
