[textile] Textile v2.5.4 and v3.5.4 released

This release includes the following changes…

• Fix broken image alignment in HTML5 mode (closes #123.)
• Fix duplicate HTML IDs that occur when a footnote isn’t referenced in the content (closes #125.)
• Don’t include image alignment to the URL in restricted mode.
• Detects and processes quoted quote symbols.
• A new link parser (closes #86, #87 and #128.)

NB: 2.5.4 is now at feature freeze and all active development will focus on the 3.5.x versions in the master branch. The 2.5 branch will only receive critical security updates from now on.

Version 3.5.4 requires PHP 5.3.0, and the legacy update 2.5.4 PHP 5.0.0.
