I need a jack of all trades.

I’ve got a stagnant project of mine which is going nowhere, and because of my time, will go no where unless I get someone in on it.

I’m looking for someone who has the following skillset for a webhost I want to have run:

1. Marketing. I can code and write a mean legal brief. I can not, however, write a lick of marketing.
2. Graphic Design. I have a design that is already dated. Bring it up to snuff.
3. HTML 5. I did the law school thing, I’m a dried up developer. Calgon, take me away…
4. WHMCS templating and integration with TXP.

Limited budget, and I may allow a limited partnership for the right person.

Still looking. I need someone competent in code, and a graphic design eye. Ideally one who can do both, but could be one, or two people.
