Syntex error
I want to restore my site, but there is a bug here:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /3w/xf.cz/b/brko/textpattern/lib/txplib_html.php on line 31
Website is 5 years old :( … i have not backup, but i have access to databases and files. Is this problem solved?

The problem is definitely solved. You should try to update your site with the latest txp release. Note that some plugins may break at which case you should try to update those wherever they are available.
