simultaneous image and post edit?

I’m curious if anyone has built a plugin or mod that allows you to edit a textpattern post/article and the associated image (re-upload, thumbnail, caption, alt txt and so on), simultaneously within the same edit screen.
Is there anything around like that?

I’ve taken the different route and added edit links on the front end, one for the article and one for the image (using soo_image to retrieve the ID). Almost as good.

I couldn’t get bot_image_upload to work initially, but I’ll give it another go later this week, simultaneous edit would be the ideal solution.
