Comment / Date section not displaying correctly after upgrade to 4.5.4

After upgrading to 4.5.4 my sites ‘Write’ page are showing the following headings:

comment_settings

date_settings

It works fine but looks odd. Is this a bug in the upgrade process? I’m seeing this on all sites I’ve upgraded from 4.4.1

Have you tried to hit “update” on the language tab?

I hadn’t but that works, thanks. Might be worth adding that step to the upgrade documentation.
