Help with default "images" form?

I’m aware of deleting it. But I could identify its purpose. Help please?

Re: Help with default "images" form?

It can be used in templates, or article body, by using something like…

<txp:images form="images" />

…and will create HTML5 compliant figures (with figcapations) or just standard images depending on what details the author added in the image edit pane.

It is used a bit more in the 4.6 version of the public theme, but for 4.5 I think you can safely delete it if you don’t want to use it.

I know how it can be used. I just thought that it’s reserved name, like comments, and is used elsewhere. So it looks like it is safe to be deleted.
