Version number bumping - two fixes required
Textgarden is currently displaying 4.5.2 as the latest version, should now be 4.5.4. Textpattern.net is currently displaying 4.5.3 as the latest version, should also be 4.5.4 — template is {{Txp current version}} if that’s any help to a wiki admin.
